JOIN A TEAM
One of our values is empowerment: We don’t just recruit volunteers, we release leaders. We want to help people discover how God has made them and we make every effort to empower people to faithfully serve in ways that align their talents and passions.
At Trinity, we believe that all followers of Christ are called to use their God-given gifts for the glory of God and the good of others (1 Pet. 2:5). Developing and using those gifts is the right response to God's work in our lives (2 Tim. 1:6-7). The responsibility of the pastors is to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Eph. 4:12); all saints have been given the ministry of reconciliation (2 Cor. 5:18).
There are many ministry teams at Trinity including our hospitality team, the cleaning team, music and media teams, and our kids and youth ministry teams.* There is a clearly defined process for joining any team. We would love for you discover a meaningful opportunity to use your gifts and share life within a team!
*Working with minors or being a church usher requires additional steps including a minimum of six months of regular attendance, an application with references, and a background check.
